Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: If available, estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping times and rates vary by destination. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
    • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
    • Failure to pay import duties may result in your order being held or returned by customs. Walters Audio is not responsible for such outcomes or for refunding shipping charges in these cases.
    • We cannot estimate or control the amount of these charges, as they vary by country.
    • Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@waltersaudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
